Barrett Firearms is buying votes from Tennessee legislature

In yesterday's Tennessean you will read a story about how Barrett Firearms wants the state to approve a 550 ft extension of a road in Rutherford County called Miller Lane. This is a project that would only benefit Barrett Firearms, who wants the extension to make it easier for trucks to maneuver to a building that he build a few years ago.

The article points out that the owner of the business, Ronnie Barrett, has given over $10,000 in campaign contributions to members of Tennessee General Assembly since 2004.

Just last week, Barrett Firearms, in conjunction with another gun company, privately sponsored a shooting session for Reps. Josh Evans (R), Stacey Campfield (R), Judd Matheny (R), and Curtis Johnson (R).
How much more blatant can you get.
